About Meg

It's Megan, but I go by Meg

I’ve spent over 20 years helping leaders and teams create aligned, emotionally intelligent organizations. I still do—though the work now runs deeper.

In 2020, during a period of global upheaval and personal reflection, I recognized that traditional leadership coaching—while powerful—wasn’t enough on its own. Burnout, trauma, and emotional disconnection were rising rapidly across industries. I saw that lasting change required more than performance metrics—it required healing.

That insight led me to begin formal training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I now integrate my deep background in leadership development with training in trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatics, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Along the way, I experienced profound personal healing, including working with nature-based practices and psychedelic medicine in safe, ethical, and legal contexts.

Today, I continue to support small and mid-size organizations with:

  • Executive coaching and leadership development
  • Team culture repair and trauma-informed communication
  • Integrative approaches to employee mental health and well-being

What sets my work apart is that I help organizations understand how leadership and mental health are inseparable. Emotional suppression, burnout, and fear-based leadership are symptoms of unresolved stress and systemic overwhelm—not personal failure.

Why this matters: Nearly 1 in 4 U.S. adults experiences mental illness annually, and rates of frequent mental distress have been steadily rising since the pandemic . Prolonged stress—especially among leaders—affects the brain similarly to trauma, impairing decision-making, memory, and emotional regulation .

If you’re a founder, team leader, or HR director wondering how to support people through more than just productivity, you’re in the right place. I blend coaching, consulting, and therapeutic insight to help your people—and your mission—thrive with integrity.
