Before we begin: A 30-minute 1:1 intake call with Meg — to understand where you are and ensure this is the right fit.
Weeks 1–2: Orient Name what's actually happening — in your body, in your organization, in this moment. The isolation breaks here.
Weeks 3–4: Regulate Build the capacity to stay present under pressure. Practical tools that work at the level where the problem actually lives.
Weeks 5–6: Lead Return to the same environment — as a different person in it. Articulate your unique, irreplaceable contribution.
After we finish: An optional 60-minute 1:1 integration call to consolidate what shifted and carry it forward.

I spent nearly 20 years in Fortune 50 HR — in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Succession Planning — before making a conscious shift into clinical mental health. I hold a Master's in Leadership Development and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am a licensed therapist working toward full LPC licensure in Colorado.
